What does ChemExchange cost during the beta?+
Nothing. During the closed beta, use is completely free (Terms §6.2). The tiers shown are a preview of the planned model from public launch.
When is the commission charged?+
Only on a successful sale. No sale, no cost. The commission is deducted from the sales proceeds — you never pay upfront for a transaction that doesn't close.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. All plans are billed monthly with no minimum contract period. Cancel any time and your active listings remain live until the end of the billing period.
What is the logistics service?+
The Enterprise plan includes coordinated transport with ADR-compliant hazardous goods forwarding across the DACH region. We handle documentation and carrier selection.
Is there a free trial?+
The entire closed beta is free. Trial and refund rules for the later tiers will be published at public launch.
How does anonymous seller mode work?+
Your company name is hidden from public listings. Only verified buyers you approve can see your identity after expressing interest. Full KYB verification still applies internally.
